Instructions
- In a small bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, and grated ginger.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add shrimp to the skillet and cook for 1-2 minutes per side, until pink and opaque.
- Pour the honey garlic sauce over the shrimp.
- Stir to coat the shrimp evenly and cook for another 1-2 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
