  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce

  • 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger

  • Optional: red pepper flakes for heat, sesame seeds for garnish


Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, and grated ginger.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add shrimp to the skillet and cook for 1-2 minutes per side, until pink and opaque.
  4. Pour the honey garlic sauce over the shrimp.
  5. Stir to coat the shrimp evenly and cook for another 1-2 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
