Ingredients

  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons teriyaki sauce
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1/2 cup sliced carrots
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Cooked rice, for serving
  • Sesame seeds, for garnish
  • Green onions, chopped, for garnish


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine chicken, soy sauce, teriyaki sauce, and cornstarch. Marinate for 5 minutes.
  2. Heat sesame oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add chicken and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes.
  4. Add bell peppers, broccoli, and carrots. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.
  5. Add minced garlic and stir-fry for 1 minute.
  6. Serve over cooked rice. Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions.

  • Adjust vegetables based on your preference.
  • Use store-bought teriyaki sauce for convenience.
