Description
Quick and easy 15-minute teriyaki chicken stir-fry. Better than takeout and ready in minutes.
Ingredients
- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons teriyaki sauce
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1/2 cup sliced carrots
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Cooked rice, for serving
- Sesame seeds, for garnish
- Green onions, chopped, for garnish
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine chicken, soy sauce, teriyaki sauce, and cornstarch. Marinate for 5 minutes.
- Heat sesame oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add chicken and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes.
- Add bell peppers, broccoli, and carrots. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.
- Add minced garlic and stir-fry for 1 minute.
- Serve over cooked rice. Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions.
Notes
- Adjust vegetables based on your preference.
- Use store-bought teriyaki sauce for convenience.
- For a spicier dish, add red pepper flakes.
