Description
This 30-minute beef stir-fry is quick, flavorful, and ideal for busy weeknights.
Ingredients
- 1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 bell peppers, sliced
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 cup snap peas
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 inch ginger, grated
- Cooked rice, for serving
Instructions
- Toss beef with cornstarch and 1 tbsp soy sauce.
- Heat sesame oil and vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat.
- Stir-fry beef until browned. Remove and set aside.
- Add onion and bell peppers; stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
- Add broccoli and snap peas; stir-fry for 2 minutes.
- Add garlic and ginger; stir-fry for 30 seconds.
- Return beef to the pan.
- Add remaining soy sauce.
- Stir-fry until heated through.
- Serve over rice.
Notes
- Adjust vegetables based on your preference.
- Serve immediately for best results.
