Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups chocolate cookie crumbs (about 15 cookies)
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy cream, whipped to stiff peaks
  • 10 Oreo cookies, coarsely chopped


Instructions

  1. Combine cookie crumbs and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
  2. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  3. Stir in vanilla extract.
  4. Gently fold in whipped cream until just combined.
