Description
Juicy pork chops glazed with a sweet and savory apple cider reduction.
Ingredients
- 4 pork chops
- 1 cup apple cider
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp thyme
Instructions
- Season pork chops with salt and pepper.
- Heat a pan over medium-high heat and sear pork chops for 4-5 minutes per side.
- Remove pork chops and set aside.
- In the same pan, add apple cider and thyme. Simmer until reduced by half.
- Stir in butter until melted.
- Return pork chops to the pan and coat with the glaze.
- Serve immediately.
