Juicy pork chops glazed with a sweet and savory apple cider reduction.


Ingredients

  • 4 pork chops
  • 1 cup apple cider
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp thyme


Instructions

  1. Season pork chops with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat a pan over medium-high heat and sear pork chops for 4-5 minutes per side.
  3. Remove pork chops and set aside.
  4. In the same pan, add apple cider and thyme. Simmer until reduced by half.
  5. Stir in butter until melted.
  6. Return pork chops to the pan and coat with the glaze.
  7. Serve immediately.
