Description
Easy and festive baked brie bites with cranberry and crescent rolls.
Ingredients
- 1 (8 ounce) package refrigerated crescent rolls
- 1 (8 ounce) brick of brie cheese, rind removed and cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1/4 cup whole berry cranberry sauce
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles.
- Press each triangle into a mini muffin tin cup, forming a cup shape.
- Place one cube of brie cheese into each crescent roll cup.
- Top each brie cube with a spoonful of cranberry sauce.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the crescent rolls are golden brown and the brie is melted and bubbly.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- You can use any type of cranberry sauce you prefer.
- For a sweeter bite, drizzle with honey before serving.
- These are best served warm.
