Ingredients

  • 2 lbs large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 6 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Rinse the shrimp under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels.
  • Arrange the shrimp in a single layer on a large, rimmed baking sheet.
  • In a small bowl, combine the minced garlic, grated Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, and a drizzle of olive oil. Mix until well-incorporated and the mixture has a slightly crumbly texture.
  • Evenly distribute the garlic-Parmesan topping over the arranged shrimp, making sure to cover each piece completely.
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the shrimp are opaque and the topping is golden brown and crispy.
