2 lbs large shrimp, peeled and deveined
6 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup breadcrumbs
2 tbsp olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
Rinse the shrimp under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels.
Arrange the shrimp in a single layer on a large, rimmed baking sheet.
In a small bowl, combine the minced garlic, grated Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, and a drizzle of olive oil. Mix until well-incorporated and the mixture has a slightly crumbly texture.
Evenly distribute the garlic-Parmesan topping over the arranged shrimp, making sure to cover each piece completely.
Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the shrimp are opaque and the topping is golden brown and crispy.
Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving. Garnish with fresh parsley or lemon wedges, if desired.
