Easy and healthy banana breakfast cookies. A no-oven alternative to muffins.
Ingredients
- 2 ripe bananas, mashed
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/4 cup nut butter
- 1/4 cup chopped nuts
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
Instructions
- Mash bananas in a bowl.
- Add oats, nut butter, nuts, chocolate chips, and cinnamon.
- Mix well.
- Drop spoonfuls onto a plate.
- Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Enjoy your cookies!
