Description

Simple and healthy banana oat pancakes. They are made without flour or added sugar.


Ingredients

  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • Pinch of salt


Instructions

  1. Mash the banana in a bowl.
  2. Add oats, egg, milk, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Mix until combined.
  4. Heat a lightly oiled griddle or pan.
  5. Pour 1/4 cup of batter per pancake.
  6. Cook for 2-3 minutes per side, or until golden brown.
