Description
Simple and healthy banana oat pancakes. They are made without flour or added sugar.
Ingredients
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Mash the banana in a bowl.
- Add oats, egg, milk, baking powder, and salt.
- Mix until combined.
- Heat a lightly oiled griddle or pan.
- Pour 1/4 cup of batter per pancake.
- Cook for 2-3 minutes per side, or until golden brown.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- You can add cinnamon or vanilla extract for extra flavor.
- Top with your favorite fruits or a drizzle of honey if desired.
- For vegan pancakes, use a flax egg instead of a regular egg.
