Ingredients
- Chicken breasts
- Lemon
- Fresh herbs (rosemary, thyme, oregano)

Instructions
- Place chicken in slow cooker.
- Add lemon slices, herbs, broth, chopped onion, and minced garlic.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours.
- Remove chicken and shred.
- Cook rice according to package directions.
- Combine chicken and rice.
