Description
A flavorful and easy-to-make chicken dish with a spicy black pepper sauce.
Ingredients
- 500g chicken breast, sliced
- 2 tbsp black pepper, freshly ground
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add garlic and onion, sauté until fragrant.
- Add chicken and cook until browned.
- Stir in bell pepper and cook for 2 minutes.
- Mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, black pepper, sugar, and salt.
- Pour the sauce over the chicken and stir well.
- Cook for another 3 minutes until the sauce thickens.
- Serve hot.
Notes
- Adjust black pepper for more or less spice.
- Serve with rice or noodles.
