Description

A flavorful and easy-to-make chicken dish with a spicy black pepper sauce.


Ingredients

  • 500g chicken breast, sliced
  • 2 tbsp black pepper, freshly ground
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt


Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add garlic and onion, sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add chicken and cook until browned.
  4. Stir in bell pepper and cook for 2 minutes.
  5. Mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, black pepper, sugar, and salt.
  6. Pour the sauce over the chicken and stir well.
  7. Cook for another 3 minutes until the sauce thickens.
  8. Serve hot.

Notes

  • Adjust black pepper for more or less spice.
  • Serve with rice or noodles.
