Spooky Halloween red velvet cupcakes with cream cheese frosting


Ingredients

  • 1 box red velvet cake mix
  • 3 eggs
  • ½ cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup cream cheese frosting


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C)
  2. Mix cake mix, eggs and oil in a bowl
  3. Fill cupcake liners ⅔ full
  4. Bake for 18-20 minutes
  5. Cool completely before frosting
  6. Pipe frosting onto cupcakes
