Spooky Halloween red velvet cupcakes with cream cheese frosting
Ingredients
- 1 box red velvet cake mix
- 3 eggs
- ½ cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup cream cheese frosting
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C)
- Mix cake mix, eggs and oil in a bowl
- Fill cupcake liners ⅔ full
- Bake for 18-20 minutes
- Cool completely before frosting
- Pipe frosting onto cupcakes
Notes
- Add red food coloring for extra blood effect
- Store in airtight container
