A delicious and extra moist blueberry banana bread.


Ingredients

  • 3 ripe bananas, mashed
  • 1/3 cup melted butter
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a loaf pan.
  2. In a bowl, mix mashed bananas, melted butter, and sugar.
  3. Add egg and vanilla; mix well.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk baking soda, salt, and flour.
  5. Gradually add dry ingredients to wet ingredients; mix until just combined.
  6. Gently fold in blueberries.
  7. Pour batter into the prepared pan.
  8. Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  9. Let cool before slicing and serving.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add a sprinkle of cinnamon.
  • You can use frozen blueberries; do not thaw them first.
