Description
A delicious and extra moist blueberry banana bread.
Ingredients
- 3 ripe bananas, mashed
- 1/3 cup melted butter
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a loaf pan.
- In a bowl, mix mashed bananas, melted butter, and sugar.
- Add egg and vanilla; mix well.
- In a separate bowl, whisk baking soda, salt, and flour.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to wet ingredients; mix until just combined.
- Gently fold in blueberries.
- Pour batter into the prepared pan.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Let cool before slicing and serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add a sprinkle of cinnamon.
- You can use frozen blueberries; do not thaw them first.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
