Crispy chicken wings glazed with a sweet and spicy brown sugar hot honey.
Ingredients
- 2 pounds chicken wings
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup hot sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Toss wings with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika.
- Bake wings for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway.
- While wings bake, whisk together brown sugar, honey, and hot sauce in a saucepan.
- Simmer sauce over medium heat for 5 minutes, until slightly thickened.
- Once wings are cooked, toss them in the hot honey glaze.
- Serve immediately.
