Simple and delicious burger bowls. A healthy twist on a classic.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 cup cooked quinoa
  • 2 cups chopped lettuce
  • 1 cup chopped tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped red onion
  • Burger sauce or dressing of your choice


Instructions

  1. Brown ground beef. Drain any excess fat.
  2. Add taco seasoning and water. Cook according to package directions.
  3. Assemble bowls: Layer quinoa, lettuce, tomatoes, beef, cheese, and red onion.
  4. Drizzle with burger sauce.
  5. Serve immediately and enjoy your burger bowl.
