Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 cup cooked quinoa
- 2 cups chopped lettuce
- 1 cup chopped tomatoes
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped red onion
- Burger sauce or dressing of your choice
Instructions
- Brown ground beef. Drain any excess fat.
- Add taco seasoning and water. Cook according to package directions.
- Assemble bowls: Layer quinoa, lettuce, tomatoes, beef, cheese, and red onion.
- Drizzle with burger sauce.
- Serve immediately and enjoy your burger bowl.
