Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning

  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 (28 ounce) can crushed tomatoes
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 8 ounces rigatoni pasta
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)


Instructions

  1. Season steak tips with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a pan. Sear steak tips until browned. Set aside.
