Ingredients
- 1 lb steak tips
- 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 (28 ounce) can crushed tomatoes
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 8 ounces rigatoni pasta
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Season steak tips with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a pan. Sear steak tips until browned. Set aside.
- Sauté onion and garlic until softened.
- Add crushed tomatoes. Simmer for 10 minutes.
- Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese. Season with salt and pepper.
- Cook rigatoni according to package directions.
- Add cooked pasta and steak tips to the sauce. Toss to combine.
- Garnish with fresh parsley.
