Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 pound potatoes, thinly sliced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large oven-safe skillet, brown the ground beef over medium-high heat. Drain off any excess grease.
- Add the sliced potatoes and chopped onion to the skillet with the ground beef. Season with salt and pepper.
- Stir everything together to combine.
- Cover the skillet and bake for 30-40 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender.
- Remove the cover, sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over the top.
- Bake uncovered for another 5-10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
