Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs steak, cubed
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp paprika
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C)
- Season steak cubes with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and paprika
- Melt butter in skillet over medium heat
- Brown steak in butter for 5-7 minutes
- Transfer steak to baking dish
- Pour heavy cream over steak
- Top with shredded cheddar cheese
- Bake for 20 minutes until cheese is bubbly
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving

- For extra crispiness, broil for last 2 minutes
