This Cheesy Pull-Apart Garlic Football Bread is perfect for game day. It’s easy to make and everyone will love it.


Ingredients

  • 1 loaf of Italian bread
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cut the bread horizontally and vertically, creating a grid pattern. Be careful not to cut all the way through the bottom.
  3. In a bowl, mix melted butter, garlic, and Parmesan cheese. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Brush the garlic butter mixture over the bread, getting into the cuts.
  5. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the bread.
  6. Wrap the bread in foil.
  7. Bake for 15 minutes.
  8. Remove the foil and bake for another 5-10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  9. Let it cool slightly, then cut the bread into a football shape.
