This Cheesy Pull-Apart Garlic Football Bread is perfect for game day. It’s easy to make and everyone will love it.
Ingredients
- 1 loaf of Italian bread
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cut the bread horizontally and vertically, creating a grid pattern. Be careful not to cut all the way through the bottom.
- In a bowl, mix melted butter, garlic, and Parmesan cheese. Season with salt and pepper.
- Brush the garlic butter mixture over the bread, getting into the cuts.
- Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the bread.
- Wrap the bread in foil.
- Bake for 15 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for another 5-10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Let it cool slightly, then cut the bread into a football shape.
- Serve and enjoy!

- You can add other cheeses or herbs.
- For a spicier bread, add a pinch of red pepper flakes.
