Ingredients
- 1 pound smoked sausage, sliced
- 1.5 pounds baby red potatoes, quartered
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
- 8 ounces shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup milk
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
- In a large bowl, toss potatoes with ranch seasoning mix.
- Spread potatoes on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes.
- Add sliced smoked sausage to the baking sheet.
- Bake for another 10-15 minutes, or until potatoes are tender and sausage is heated through.
- In a small bowl, mix together shredded cheddar cheese, sour cream, and milk.
- Pour cheese mixture over the potatoes and sausage.
- Bake for 5 more minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
Notes
- You can substitute other types of potatoes if desired.
- Feel free to add other vegetables like broccoli or bell peppers.
