Ingredients

  • 1 lb breakfast sausage
  • 6 eggs
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 4 cups cubed bread


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F.
  2. Cook sausage in a skillet until browned. Drain excess grease.
  3. Whisk eggs, milk, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder in a bowl.
  4. Layer bread cubes in a greased baking dish. Top with cooked sausage and cheese.
  5. Pour the egg mixture evenly over the layers.
  6. Bake for 45 minutes or until the eggs are set.
  7. Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
