Ingredients
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 1 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
- 1 tablespoon sweetener (honey, maple syrup, or your choice)
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Fresh fruit of your choice (berries, banana, etc.)
Instructions
- Combine chia seeds, milk, sweetener, and vanilla extract in a jar or container.
- Stir well to combine.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or preferably overnight, to allow the chia seeds to absorb the liquid and thicken.
- In the morning, top with your favorite fresh fruit.
- Enjoy your delicious and healthy chia pudding!

- You can adjust the sweetness to your liking.
