A delicious and easy Chicken Alfredo Casserole with pasta.
Ingredients
- 1 pound pasta
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 (10 ounce) jar Alfredo sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Cook chicken until browned and cooked through. Season with salt and pepper.
- Stir in Alfredo sauce, mozzarella cheese, and Parmesan cheese.
- Add cooked pasta to the skillet and mix well.
- Pour mixture into a baking dish.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until bubbly and cheese is melted.
- Let stand for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- You can add vegetables like broccoli or mushrooms.
- Use rotisserie chicken for quicker prep.
- Adjust the amount of Alfredo sauce to your preference.
