Ingredients

  • 1 pound pasta
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 (10 ounce) jar Alfredo sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain.
  3. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. Cook chicken until browned and cooked through. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Stir in Alfredo sauce, mozzarella cheese, and Parmesan cheese.
  6. Add cooked pasta to the skillet and mix well.
  7. Pour mixture into a baking dish.
  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until bubbly and cheese is melted.
  9. Let stand for a few minutes before serving.
