A quick and flavorful stir fry using canned chicken ramen noodles, perfect for a simple meal.


Ingredients

  • 2 packs canned chicken ramen noodles
  • 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup mixed vegetables (carrots, bell peppers, peas)
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper


Instructions

  1. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add mixed vegetables and stir fry for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Stir in shredded chicken and cook for another 2 minutes.
  5. Break the ramen noodles into the pan and add the seasoning packet.
  6. Pour in 1/2 cup water and stir until noodles soften.
  7. Drizzle soy sauce and sesame oil, then toss well.
  8. Cook for another 2 minutes, then serve hot.
