A quick and flavorful stir fry using canned chicken ramen noodles, perfect for a simple meal.
Ingredients
- 2 packs canned chicken ramen noodles
- 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup mixed vegetables (carrots, bell peppers, peas)
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add mixed vegetables and stir fry for 2-3 minutes.
- Stir in shredded chicken and cook for another 2 minutes.
- Break the ramen noodles into the pan and add the seasoning packet.
- Pour in 1/2 cup water and stir until noodles soften.
- Drizzle soy sauce and sesame oil, then toss well.
- Cook for another 2 minutes, then serve hot.

- Use leftover chicken for quicker prep.
- Add chili flakes for extra spice.
