Description

A quick and healthy chicken stir-fry with broccoli and carrots, perfect for a weeknight dinner.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast, sliced
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 carrot, julienned
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil


Instructions

  1. Heat sesame oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.
  2. Add chicken and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.
  3. Add broccoli and carrot, stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.
  4. Pour soy sauce over the mixture and stir well.
  5. Cook for another 2 minutes until vegetables are tender.
  6. Serve hot.
