Description
A quick and healthy chicken stir-fry with broccoli and carrots, perfect for a weeknight dinner.
Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken breast, sliced
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
Instructions
- Heat sesame oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.
- Add chicken and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.
- Add broccoli and carrot, stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.
- Pour soy sauce over the mixture and stir well.
- Cook for another 2 minutes until vegetables are tender.
- Serve hot.
Notes
- Use low-sodium soy sauce if preferred.
- Add minced garlic for extra flavor.
- Serve over rice or noodles if desired.
