Make delicious Chinese Beef and Broccoli in one pan.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb beef sirloin, sliced
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 inch ginger, grated
  • 1 head of broccoli, cut into florets
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • Cooked rice, for serving


Instructions

  1. Combine beef and cornstarch.
  2. Whisk together soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, brown sugar, garlic, and ginger.
  3. Heat oil in a pan.
  4. Sear beef until browned.
  5. Add broccoli and stir-fry.
  6. Pour sauce over the beef and broccoli.
  7. Cook until sauce thickens.
  8. Serve over rice.

Notes

  • Adjust sauce ingredients to your taste.
  • Use flank steak for a different texture.
  • Add red pepper flakes for heat.
