Ingredients
- 1 box Ritz crackers
- 1 jar peanut butter
- 1 bag chocolate chips (milk or dark)
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil (optional, for smoother melting)
Instructions
- Spread peanut butter evenly between two Ritz crackers to make sandwiches.
- Arrange the peanut butter sandwiches on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring every 30 seconds, or use a double boiler. Add vegetable oil if desired for a smoother consistency.
- Dip each peanut butter sandwich halfway into the melted chocolate, ensuring it’s fully coated.
- Place the dipped sandwiches back on the parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Allow the chocolate to set completely at room temperature or in the refrigerator for about 15-20 minutes.
Notes
- For cleaner dipping, you can use a fork or a toothpick to hold the sandwich.
