Ingredients
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 12 ounces semi-sweet chocolate, chopped
- 1/2 cup fresh raspberries
- 1 tablespoon raspberry liqueur (optional)
- Chocolate shavings for garnish
Instructions
- Heat the heavy cream in a saucepan until simmering.
- Pour the cream over the chocolate and let it sit for 1 minute.
- Stir until smooth.
- Gently fold in raspberries and liqueur.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- Roll into small balls.
- Coat with chocolate shavings.
