Description

Easy Christmas Oreo Cheesecake Truffles are no-bake holiday treats. They combine crushed Oreos, cream cheese, and white chocolate. Perfect for Christmas parties or gifts.

Ingredients

  • 24 Oreo cookies, finely crushed
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips, melted
  • 1/4 cup red candy melts, melted (for drizzling)
  • 1/4 cup green candy melts, melted (for drizzling)
  • Optional: Christmas sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, mix crushed Oreos, softened cream cheese, and vanilla extract until combined.
  3. Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls. Place them on the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Chill the balls in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, or until firm.
  5. Melt the white chocolate chips. Dip each truffle into the melted white chocolate, ensuring it’s fully coated.
  6. Return the coated truffles to the baking sheet.
  7. Melt the red and green candy melts separately.
  8. Drizzle the melted red and green candy melts over the white chocolate-coated truffles.
  9. Add Christmas sprinkles, if desired, while the candy melts are still wet.
  10. Chill again until the coating is set.
  11. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.

Notes

  • For best results, use regular Oreo cookies, not Double Stuf.
  • Ensure the cream cheese is fully softened for easy mixing.
  • If the mixture is too soft to roll, chill it for another 15-20 minutes.
  • You can substitute dark or milk chocolate for white chocolate if preferred.
