Description
Easy Christmas Oreo Cheesecake Truffles are no-bake holiday treats. They combine crushed Oreos, cream cheese, and white chocolate. Perfect for Christmas parties or gifts.
Ingredients
- 24 Oreo cookies, finely crushed
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup white chocolate chips, melted
- 1/4 cup red candy melts, melted (for drizzling)
- 1/4 cup green candy melts, melted (for drizzling)
- Optional: Christmas sprinkles
Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mix crushed Oreos, softened cream cheese, and vanilla extract until combined.
- Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls. Place them on the prepared baking sheet.
- Chill the balls in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, or until firm.
- Melt the white chocolate chips. Dip each truffle into the melted white chocolate, ensuring it’s fully coated.
- Return the coated truffles to the baking sheet.
- Melt the red and green candy melts separately.
- Drizzle the melted red and green candy melts over the white chocolate-coated truffles.
- Add Christmas sprinkles, if desired, while the candy melts are still wet.
- Chill again until the coating is set.
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
Notes
- For best results, use regular Oreo cookies, not Double Stuf.
- Ensure the cream cheese is fully softened for easy mixing.
- If the mixture is too soft to roll, chill it for another 15-20 minutes.
- You can substitute dark or milk chocolate for white chocolate if preferred.
