Ingredients
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup vanilla protein powder
- 1/4 cup almond butter
- 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Combine rolled oats, protein powder, cinnamon, and salt in a bowl.
- Add almond butter, almond milk, maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
- Mix until well combined and a dough forms.
- Roll the mixture into small bite-sized balls.
- Place the bites on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Adjust almond milk for desired consistency.
- Add more or less maple syrup to taste.
- For a richer flavor, add a tablespoon of chopped pecans or walnuts.
