These Conecuh Sausage Pigs in a Blanket are a Southern twist on a classic! They are easy to make and perfect for any gathering.
Ingredients
- 1 package Conecuh sausage
- 1 package of your favorite biscuit dough
- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
- Optional: Everything bagel seasoning or sesame seeds
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cut the Conecuh sausage into bite-sized pieces.
- Separate the biscuit dough.
- Wrap each sausage piece with a piece of biscuit dough.
- Place the wrapped sausages on a baking sheet.
- Brush the tops with the beaten egg.
- Sprinkle with everything bagel seasoning or sesame seeds, if desired.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden brown.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
