Description

Make delicious and fluffy cottage cheese pancakes. These pancakes are high in protein and a healthy breakfast option.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • Pinch of salt
  • Optional: sweetener (maple syrup, honey, etc.)


Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Heat a lightly oiled griddle or pan over medium heat.
  4. Pour 1/4 cup of batter onto the hot surface for each pancake.
