Ingredients
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 4 ounces sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries, chopped
- 1/2 cup pecans, chopped, divided
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
- Crackers, for serving
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and shredded cheddar cheese. Mix until well combined.
- Stir in the chopped dried cranberries, half of the chopped pecans (1/4 cup), chopped parsley, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
- Shape the mixture into a ball using your hands or a spatula.
- Place the remaining chopped pecans on a plate. Roll the cheese ball in the pecans to coat evenly.
- Wrap the cheese ball tightly in plastic wrap.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow it to firm up.
- Before serving, unwrap the cheese ball and place it on a serving platter. Serve with crackers.
