Ingredients
- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1 cup prepared bread stuffing
- 1/2 cup fresh cranberries, chopped
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 1/4 cup finely chopped celery
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/4 cup chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon poultry seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: Cranberry sauce for dipping
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking sheet.
- In a large bowl, combine the ground turkey, prepared bread stuffing, chopped cranberries, chopped onion, chopped celery, beaten egg, chicken broth, poultry seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Mix all ingredients thoroughly until well combined.
- Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls.
- Place the balls on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the balls are golden brown and cooked through.
- Serve warm, with cranberry sauce for dipping if desired.
Notes
- You can use leftover cooked turkey, finely chopped, instead of ground turkey.
- For a different flavor, add a pinch of sage or thyme.
- These can also be made ahead of time and reheated before serving.
