  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 1 cup prepared bread stuffing
  • 1/2 cup fresh cranberries, chopped
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped celery

  2. In a large bowl, combine the ground turkey, prepared bread stuffing, chopped cranberries, chopped onion, chopped celery, beaten egg, chicken broth, poultry seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. Mix all ingredients thoroughly until well combined.
  4. Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls.
  5. Place the balls on the prepared baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the balls are golden brown and cooked through.
  7. Serve warm, with cranberry sauce for dipping if desired.

Notes

  • You can use leftover cooked turkey, finely chopped, instead of ground turkey.
  • For a different flavor, add a pinch of sage or thyme.
  • These can also be made ahead of time and reheated before serving.
