Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Brown ground beef and onion. Drain any grease.
- Stir in cream of mushroom soup, cream of chicken soup, and milk.
- Add cooked rice and mixed vegetables.
- Pour mixture into a baking dish.
- Top with cheddar cheese.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20-25 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
Notes
- You can substitute ground turkey or chicken for the ground beef.
- Add other vegetables like corn or peas.
- Use different types of cheese.
