  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese


Instructions

  1. Brown ground beef and onion. Drain any grease.
  2. Stir in cream of mushroom soup, cream of chicken soup, and milk.
  3. Add cooked rice and mixed vegetables.
  4. Pour mixture into a baking dish.
  5. Top with cheddar cheese.
  6. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20-25 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
