Delicious and easy cream cheese chicken tacos.
Ingredients
- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken thighs
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1/2 cup water
- Taco shells
- Toppings of your choice (lettuce, tomato, cheese, etc.)
Instructions
- Cook chicken thighs until done.
- Shred the chicken.
- In a pan, combine chicken, cream cheese, taco seasoning, and water.
- Heat and stir until cream cheese is melted.
- Fill taco shells and add your favorite toppings.
Notes
- You can use chicken breasts instead of thighs.
- Adjust the amount of taco seasoning to your taste.
- Feel free to add other ingredients like black beans or corn.
