Description
A comforting creamy chicken Alfredo bake.
Ingredients
- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 pound fettuccine pasta
- 1 jar (15-16 ounces) Alfredo sauce
- 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup milk
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: Cooked broccoli florets
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain.
- Season chicken with salt and pepper. Cook in a skillet until browned.
- In a large bowl, combine cooked pasta, chicken, Alfredo sauce, milk, and half of the Parmesan cheese.
- Add optional broccoli.
- Pour mixture into a baking dish.
- Top with remaining Parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until bubbly and cheese is melted.
- Let stand for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- You can use rotisserie chicken to save time.
- Add other vegetables like mushrooms or spinach.
- Adjust the amount of Alfredo sauce to your preference.
