Ingredients

  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 pound fettuccine pasta
  • 1 jar (15-16 ounces) Alfredo sauce
  • 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: Cooked broccoli florets


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain.
  3. Season chicken with salt and pepper. Cook in a skillet until browned.
  4. In a large bowl, combine cooked pasta, chicken, Alfredo sauce, milk, and half of the Parmesan cheese.
  5. Add optional broccoli.
  6. Pour mixture into a baking dish.
  7. Top with remaining Parmesan cheese.
  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until bubbly and cheese is melted.
  9. Let stand for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

  • You can use rotisserie chicken to save time.
