Description
Creamy chicken Alfredo pasta ready in 30 minutes. A rich Italian-inspired dish with tender chicken and a smooth Parmesan sauce.
Ingredients
- 12 oz fettuccine
- 1 lb chicken breast, sliced
- 2 cups heavy cream
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Cook fettuccine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add chicken, salt, and pepper. Cook until golden and fully cooked (5-7 minutes). Remove and set aside.
- In the same pan, melt butter. Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in Parmesan until smooth.
- Add cooked chicken and pasta to the sauce. Toss to coat evenly.
- Serve immediately with extra Parmesan if desired.
Notes
- Use freshly grated Parmesan for best texture.
- Adjust salt to taste if needed.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
