  • Heavy cream (1/2 cup)
  • Garam masala (1 tsp)
  • Turmeric powder (1/2 tsp)
  • Red chili powder (1 tsp)
  • Coriander powder (1 tbsp)
  • Oil (2 tbsp)
  • Salt to taste


Instructions

  1. Marinate chicken with ginger-garlic paste, turmeric, and salt.
  2. Blend onion, tomatoes, and cashews into a paste.
  3. Heat oil, sauté the paste.
  4. Add spices and cook.
  5. Add chicken and cook until done.
  6. Stir in cream and simmer.
  7. Garnish and serve.
