Ingredients
- Chicken (1.5 lbs)
- Onion (1 large)
- Tomato (2 medium)
- Ginger-garlic paste (1 tbsp)
- Cashews (1/4 cup)
- Heavy cream (1/2 cup)
- Garam masala (1 tsp)
- Turmeric powder (1/2 tsp)
- Red chili powder (1 tsp)
- Coriander powder (1 tbsp)
- Oil (2 tbsp)
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Marinate chicken with ginger-garlic paste, turmeric, and salt.
- Blend onion, tomatoes, and cashews into a paste.
- Heat oil, sauté the paste.
- Add spices and cook.
- Add chicken and cook until done.
- Stir in cream and simmer.
- Garnish and serve.
