Ingredients

  • 1 lb boneless chicken breasts, cubed
  • 1 lb potato gnocchi
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp dried parsley (for garnish)


Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add cubed chicken and cook until no longer pink.
  3. Stir in garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream, then bring to a simmer.
  5. Add gnocchi and cook for 3-4 minutes until tender.
  6. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy.
  7. Garnish with dried parsley and serve warm.
