Ingredients
- 2 cans (15 ounces each) corn, drained
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped green chilies
- 1/4 cup chopped onions
- 1/4 cup chopped bell pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped jalapeño (optional, for extra spice)
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the drained corn, mayonnaise, sour cream, shredded cheddar cheese, chopped green chilies, chopped onions, chopped bell pepper, and jalapeño (if using).
- Stir in the chili powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is heated through and bubbly around the edges.
- Serve hot with your favorite tortilla chips or crackers.
Notes
- For a slower cooking method, you can use a crock pot on low for 2-3 hours.
- Adjust the amount of jalapeño to control the spice level.
