Ingredients

  • 2 cans (15 ounces each) corn, drained
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped green chilies
  • 1/4 cup chopped onions
  • 1/4 cup chopped bell pepper
  • 1/4 cup chopped jalapeño (optional, for extra spice)
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the drained corn, mayonnaise, sour cream, shredded cheddar cheese, chopped green chilies, chopped onions, chopped bell pepper, and jalapeño (if using).
  3. Stir in the chili powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
  4. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is heated through and bubbly around the edges.
