Ingredients
- 2 chicken breasts, diced
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 2 cups water
- 1 cup egg noodles
- 1 carrot, sliced
- 1 celery stalk, chopped
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp dried thyme
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
- Add onion, carrot, celery, and garlic. Cook for 5 minutes.
- Add diced chicken and cook until no longer pink.
- Pour in chicken broth and water. Bring to a boil.
- Add egg noodles, salt, pepper, and thyme. Simmer for 10 minutes.
- Serve hot and enjoy.
