Ingredients
- 4 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley, for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels.
- In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
- Rub the seasoning mixture all over the chicken thighs.
- Place the chicken thighs in a baking dish.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, and minced garlic.
- Pour the cream mixture over the chicken thighs.
- Bake for 35-45 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the sauce is bubbly and slightly thickened.
- If desired, garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
