Ingredients

  • 4 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley, for garnish (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  4. Rub the seasoning mixture all over the chicken thighs.
  5. Place the chicken thighs in a baking dish.
  6. In a separate bowl, whisk together heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, and minced garlic.
  7. Pour the cream mixture over the chicken thighs.
