Easy Crockpot Chicken and Potatoes recipe with no prep needed.


Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 lbs baby potatoes
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper


Instructions

  1. Place potatoes, onion, and chicken in a crockpot.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together soup, broth, thyme, salt, and pepper.
  3. Pour mixture over chicken and potatoes.
