Ingredients
- 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 cup chicken broth
- Optional toppings: cooked rice, black beans, corn, salsa, guacamole, cheese
Instructions
- Place chicken breasts in the crockpot.
- Add chopped onion, taco seasoning, and chicken broth.
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, until chicken is cooked through.
