Easy Crockpot Chicken & Veggie Dump Casserole.


Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup water
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Place chicken breasts in the crockpot.
  2. Add cream of mushroom soup, frozen vegetables, onion, and water.
  3. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, or until chicken is cooked through.
  5. Shred the chicken with two forks.
  6. Stir everything together.
  7. Serve hot.

Notes

  • You can add other vegetables you like.
  • Serve over rice or mashed potatoes.
