Description

Easy Crockpot Honey Garlic Chicken & Potatoes. A simple and flavorful one-pot meal.


Ingredients

  • Chicken thighs: 6-8
  • Potatoes: 1.5 lbs, cubed
  • Honey: 1/2 cup
  • Soy sauce: 1/4 cup
  • Garlic: 4 cloves, minced
  • Olive oil: 1 tbsp
  • Salt and pepper: to taste
  • Cornstarch: 1 tbsp (optional, for thickening)


Instructions

  1. Place potatoes in the crockpot.
  2. Add chicken thighs on top of the potatoes.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, and minced garlic.
  4. Pour the honey garlic mixture over the chicken and potatoes.
  5. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
  7. If you want a thicker sauce, mix cornstarch with a little cold water and stir into the crockpot during the last 30 minutes of cooking.
