Instructions
- Prepare the Crockpot: Start by lightly greasing the interior of your crockpot with non-stick cooking spray or butter.
- Layer the Ingredients: Begin by spreading a thin layer of tomato sauce on the bottom of the crockpot. Next, arrange a layer of ravioli in a single layer, making sure not to overlap the pieces. Top the ravioli with more tomato sauce, followed by a layer of mozzarella and Parmesan cheese. Repeat these layers until you’ve used up all the ingredients, ending with the cheese on top.
- Cook on Low: Cover the crockpot and set it to cook on the low setting for 4-6 hours, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly, and the ravioli is tender.
- Let it Rest: Once the Crockpot Ravioli Lasagna is cooked, let it rest for 10-15 minutes before serving.
