Ingredients

- 1 tablespoon chia seeds

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, combine cottage cheese, chia seeds, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt. Mix well.
- Spread the mixture thinly and evenly onto the prepared baking sheet. You can use a spatula or the back of a spoon.
