Description
This is a simple and tasty chicken cordon bleu casserole. It’s a great meal for family dinners.
Ingredients
- Chicken breasts (2)
- Ham slices (8)
- Swiss cheese slices (8)
- Cream of mushroom soup (1 can)
- Milk (1/2 cup)
- Bread crumbs (1 cup)
- Butter (2 tbsp)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cut chicken breasts in half.
- Place a ham slice and a cheese slice on each chicken piece.
- Roll up the chicken.
- Mix soup and milk.
- Place chicken rolls in a baking dish.
- Pour soup mixture over chicken.
- Melt butter and mix with bread crumbs.
- Sprinkle bread crumbs over the casserole.
- Bake for 30-40 minutes.

- Add vegetables like broccoli.
